CASE EXPLANATION

Artur suffered a facial trauma that caused the fracture of the two upper central incisors. After splinting the fractured teeth, the pulp vitality was evaluated by responding negatively to the test.
The treatment plan was to do the root canal treatment and provisional reconstructions using direct composite technique. Finally, we want to improve the aesthetics of these incisors with a combination of bleaching treatment and totally ceramic veneers to return the original anatomy to the teeth.
